Account Deletion
You want to delete your Stadly account? This page explains how to do it.
From the app
You can delete your account directly from the Stadly mobile app by following these steps:
- Open the Stadly app
- Go to your Profile (bottom-right icon)
- Tap Settings (gear icon in the top-right)
- Scroll down and select "Delete my account"
- Confirm your choice by following the instructions
⚠️ Warning
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be removed from our servers, including:
- Your profile and personal information
- Your match history and statistics
- Your conversations and notifications
- Your ranking and progress
By email
If you cannot delete your account from the app or no longer have access to it, you can request deletion by email.
Send an email to support@stadlyapp.com with:
- Subject: "Account deletion request"
- The email address associated with your account
We will process your request within 30 days of receipt and send you a confirmation email once the deletion is completed.
Data Protection
Stadly complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When your account is deleted:
- All your personal data is permanently deleted
- No information about you is retained unless required by law
- You receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete
